Game 1: PVCC 4, CNCC 1 (7)

The Pumas were victorious against Colorado Northwestern 4-1 in game one of the double header on January 26 at PVCC.

The Pumas were the first to get on the board in the first when an error scored one run.

Owen Harper earned the win for the Pumas. The southpaw gave up zero hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out nine and walking two. Luis Ozuna collected the save. Brody Livingston appeared in relief for the Pumas.

Brock DeBattista, Jude Almaraz, and Matt Stewart each collected one hit for the Pumas. DeBattista and Almaraz were a one-two punch in the lineup, as each drove in one run for the Pumas.

Game 2: PVCC 14, CNCC 1 (7)

Logan Yule drove in four runs on two hits to lead the Pumas past Colorado Northwestern 14-1 in game two of the double header on  January 26  at PVCC. Yule tripled in the second inning, scoring three runs, and singled in the first inning, scoring one.

The Pumas got on the board in the top of the first inning after Yule singled to center field, Reilly Blake singled to right field, Brock DeBattista grounded into a fielder's choice and the Pumas scored on a wild pitch.  Each scored one run.

The Pumas added three runs in the second after Yule tripled to right field.

The Pumas added one run in the third after Erick Dessens grounded into a fielder's choice.

Noah Darnell earned the win for the Pumas. The starter gave up three hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out one and walking one. Eli Lipinski, Hustyn Wheeler, and Tanner Nelson each came on in relief for the Pumas and shutdown the Spartans.

The Pumas amassed 11 hits in the game. Blake led the team going 3-4. Jose Mendoza collected two hits in four at bats. The Pumas had a strong eye at the plate, collecting nine walks for the game, Dessens and Cooper Holtorf led the team with two bases on balls each. The Pumas were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Holtorf made the most plays with five.
