PUMAS SWEPT IN CONFERENCE OPENING SERIES

Game 1 - CAC 4, PVCC 0
Central Runs Away With Early Lead in Victory

The Pumas fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 4-0 loss to CAC on Saturday.

Mason Dillow was on the hill for PV. The righthander lasted four innings, allowing one hit and one run while striking out six. CAC got things started in the first inning when Dillow's wild pitch allowed one run to score. Brock Arnold threw two innings in relief.

Ryan Romero, Larry Ross, Ike George, Anthoine Shell, and Colton McIntosh all had one hit for PV.  The Pumas were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error.

The Pumas fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 20-4 loss to CAC on Saturday. 

Adam Koski was on the pitcher's mound for PV. Koski lasted one inning, allowing four hits and six runs while striking out one and walking one.

Noah Burgarello, Ike George, Tyler McCaughey, Cade Kennedy, Anthoine Shell, Marcus Maldonado, and Colton McIntosh each collected one hit for PV.

CAC scattered 14 hits in the game. They socked three home runs on the day and scored eight runs in the sixth inning.
